• The available wind resource

• The characteristics of your specific site

• Your specific energy consumption and requirements, current and future

• The specific wind turbine system that will best meet your requirements

• The costs of the wind turbine, over its life cycle

• The utility company’s interconnection policies with regard to wind turbines

• The costs of energy from the electric utility (your specific rates and tariff)

• The estimated future increases in these utility rates

• The availability of tax benefits or other incentives

We will work with you to evaluate each of these factors.  We will provide a detailed proposal, including:

• Description and specifications of the proposed system

• A financial analysis showing cash flow and internal rate of return

• Details on meeting utility company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations

• Details on installation, commissioning, and on-going support
